Welcome to week one! We are off. Have you printed off your Food Dairy and Week One Goal Sheet? It’s so valuable to record what you eat each day, and writing down your goals really does help you achieve them. This has been shown in studies time and time again. If you missed it, I mentioned the study the US Society of Training & Development conducted that showed that if you have an accountability appointment you have a 95% chance of achieving goal success. And psychology professor Dr Gail Matthews who is based at the Dominican University in California also carried out research that concluded we’re 42% more likely to reach our goals when we write them down.
