The Recipe

Serves 1-2 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk  
  • 1/2 cup water 
  • 1/2 banana 
  • cup spinach 
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal or chia seeds 
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs 
  • 1/2 -1 teaspoon of peppermint extract  
  • Stevia to taste (optional) 
  • Ice (Optional) 

How To:

  1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender in the order listed to blend.
