The Recipe
Serves 1-2
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tablespoon flax meal or chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 1/2 -1 teaspoon of peppermint extract
- Stevia to taste (optional)
- Ice (Optional)
How To:
- Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender in the order listed to blend.
